ART FM - THE ART SHOW is a community centered art showcase in which artists far and wide are invited to repurpose old vinyl by using records as their canvas.  Over 75 artists, listeners, and community members have made vinyl art contributions to this show and the exhibition is outstanding!  THE SILENT VINYL AUCTION raised $2609 on behalf of the nonprofit operations of ART FM!  We are also thankful to everyone who placed bids on the artwork and promises to provide it with a good home.  Congratulations to curator Maxwell Cash Selby who developed this event for his senior Capstone project at Louisville Collegiate School.  We are so grateful to all of the artists who so kindly donated their time and energy to our community radio cause. We are so overwhelmed by your talent and generosity! If you did not get a chance to particiapte, we hope you will be able to join the fun next year!  It's never too soon to fnd an old scratched up record and turn it into ART!.  Seeing the community come out for ART FM: THE ART SHOW and the Silent Vinyl Auction was so inspiring!  So beautiful to see so many members of our community making art for this Community Radio Cause!!!!  The ZOOM GROUP made this awesome video featuring 9 of their talented artists who participated in our show -- and created some of our most sought-after works!
