ART FM stands with the people of Ukraine as they fight for their land, their freedom, their human rights.  We are horrified by the violence brought upon this peaceful country and inspired by the bravery with which the nation fights for its very existence.  Since the onset of the Russian Invasion, ART FM has been proud to host special programming addressing the conflict, desperately seeking solutions.  From interviews with Ukrainian politicians in Kyiv to showcases of Ukrainian electronic music, we have gained an understanding of this magical part of the world and the brave people who live there.  Below you will find some links that illuminate the hearts, the minds, the humanity of the Ukrainian people as well as practical ways you can help them win their struggle for freedom.

The interviews give a direct and personal account of the unfolding of the war in Ukraine, how people of diverse backgrounds and professional skills rally to defend their community, and the destructive toll of war atrocities.

THE DEEP DIVE RADIO SHOW
The Deep Dive Cybersecurity Show with Nick Espinosa focuses on all things Cybersecurity, Cyberwarfare, Cyberterrorism and Technology related. Broadcasting out of Chicago via WHRU for Pacifica. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Nick has been speaking with government leaders and security experts who have been on the ground in the war territory and provide a first hand perspective of the events are they are unfolding.

REAL FICTION RADIO: UKRAINIAN POETRY
The war in UKRAINE has galvanized support across the world for writers and poets from Ukraine and Russia who risk their lives to speak out about Vladimir Putin's invasion. Poet Katherine E. Young returns to Real Fiction to discuss her work as a translator of poetry from the Russian language. United Help Ukraine is a Maryland-based nonprofit that offers humanitarian aid and medical support to Ukrainian soldiers and their families. United Help Ukraine organizes demonstrations in Washington, D.C., advocating for Ukrainian independence and protesting "unlawful action" taken by Russia.
